4. Troy Dye, Linebacker, Oregon

If you watched Oregon consistently, you would say that Troy Dye is one of the best players in the country. He led the Ducks in tackles for three straight seasons, but took a slight step back in 2019 in the tackle department, after finishing 2017 and 2018 with over 100.

Dye flies around the field, and is a great blitzing the quarterback and can use his speed to cover running backs and tight ends out of the backfield.

In playing Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl, he goes up against a Badger offense that has a first round pick in the backfield in Jonathan Taylor, plus elite offensive lineman that will all be top-level picks.

If Dye can have a big game against that Wisconsin rushing attack, he’ll surely be one of the top inside linebackers taken in the NFL Draft.
