3. Nick Rolovich is your kind of guy

There is a lot to like about the hire of Nick Rolovich naturally. Mainly because he fits perfectly in Pullman where the atmosphere has been to “keep Pullman weird” for the last couple of decades. This is your kind of guy as Rolovich is a heck of a character and the media and fans alike, even from other teams, love what he has to say.

The former Hawaii head man has a flare for the dramatic and is not afraid to light his team up every once in a while as well.

In a game in 2017, Rolovich removed all of the benches on the sideline so no player could sit on the bench and have to pay full attention to the game that was being played in front of them. A power move that not everyone could pull off.

Rolovich backs all of this quirkiness up with a great scheme on offense and an up and coming mind for the game of football. You will see a little more in-depth in the next slides about what we are talking about, but Pullman will have no shortage of a passing game for years to come.

People will not take long to warm up to Rolo.
