Finally, an uncommitted player makes the list as four-star defensive tackle McKinnley Jackson has been on LSU’s radar for quite some time as the Tigers offered back in 2017 and that long-standing relationship seems to be paying off as he’s one of the recruits fresh off an official visit and seemed to have enjoyed his time in Baton Rouge — how could you not enjoy visiting the reigning national champs.

The Lucedale, Miss., defensive tackle is ranked as the No. 61 player in the class and the ninth-best at his position as well as the top player from the state, per 247Sports. He is planning on making a decision on National Signing Day.

It won’t be easy for the Tigers to land this kid, however. They will be duking it out with Alabama, Auburn and Texas A&M — all three schools have been killing it on the recruiting trail.

Jackson fills a positional need and this is why the Tigers are so high on Jordan Burch as well. They could very well land both and close out the class with two more defensive tackles to bolster that defensive line.
