Mike Norvell’s first National Signing Day with Florida State football is right around the corner and here’s who he could still be targeting.

One of the programs that will get everyone’s attention on National Signing Day will be Florida State and while that seems to be the case every year, this cycle is different because the Seminoles are being led by new head coach Mike Norvell from Memphis.

How will Norvell close out the 2020 class? Will he be able to swing some of the top remaining uncommitted targets left on the board? Will he be able to keep his class intact? All of those questions will be answered next Wednesday.

Who is still left on the board for Florida State before signing day?

Although he has yet to receive an offer from Florida State, that could all change this weekend as Sidney Williams is on an official visit. He arrived on Friday afternoon and meeting with the new Florida State staff could conjure an offer.

Mike Norvell got in late with the underrated cornerback from Alabama and an offer could truly sway him toward the Seminoles. His highlight film speaks for itself as it’s clear that he’s the real deal and could be one of the better late additions to the 2020 class. Luckily, the Seminoles may only be battling Tulane and Indiana for his services.

A good official visit could seal the deal and if I were a betting man, I’d say he’s already on commitment watch. That could be more solidified once he’s officially offered.

Williams is ranked the No. 558 recruit in the class and has great size for a corner at 6-2 and 200 pounds, per 247Sports.
