Western Michigan is a far cry from the PJ Fleck days. That’s not to say the Broncos won’t be competitive in the MAC in 2020, but they’re going to have a rough go of things here.

Notre Dame will pounce on the Broncos early and somewhat take its foot off the gas before halftime and then Brian Kelly will rip into his guys for only being up 10. The second half will reflect that fiery halftime speech and the Irish will run away with a big win.

Ian Book will have a monster game here and the run game will find its identity.

Final Score: Western Michigan 10, Notre Dame 38 (3-0)

Sam Hartman should be taking over for Jamie Newman at quarterback for Wake Forest in 2020 as it’s a little shocking to see the starting quarterback transfer, but Georgia got a good one.

With the quarterback position looking drastically different, Dave Clawson and the Demon Deacons may not have quite as successful a season in 2020. They’re going to make a bowl game and be better than just a 6-6 squad, but they may not approach nine games like they did in 2019.

Notre Dame should take advantage of an offense that’s searching for stars.

Final Score: Wake Forest 20, Notre Dame 35 (4-0)
