1. Can UGA finally get over the hump, win the national title?

Look, I’m not trying to regurgitate bad memories for Georgia fans, because lord knows as an Atlanta sports fan, I have plenty of skeletons in my closet that I don’t like to think about.

Between the SEC and national championship games against Alabama, the disaster of a game against South Carolina last season, it has felt like a ton of missed opportunities for UGA. I’m not trying to say that I think their championship window is closing because they out-recruit almost everyone, spend the necessary money on things like facilities and have more talent than anyone.

The point I’m trying to make is that it’s been 40 years since UGA last won a national championship and they just have not been able to put everything together.

This is a question that I think has dogged this team (no pun intended) for a long time and at the first sign of trouble, the team and their fanbase seems to get this overarching feeling of “here we go again”.

With a ridiculous amount of talent on offense along with a veteran quarterback and a deep and veteran defense, I think that UGA has a real shot at the College Football Playoff and maybe even bigger prizes.

They just have to answer the biggest question in Georgia football: Can the Bulldogs finally get over the hump and fully realize their great potential?
