Chris Klieman is doing something special in Manhattan. He’s taking a program built by Bill Snyder and turning back into a threat in the Big 12.

That won’t quite happen fully in 2020, though.

Kansas State is going to be solid, but the offense is still a mixed bag and the defense just lost star coordinator Scottie Hazelton to Michigan State. This could be a long game for the Wildcats as Oklahoma State will have their way.

Final Score: Oklahoma State 37, Kansas State 28 (9-2, 6-2)

One might look at Texas on the schedule here and just assume that it’s going to be a loss for Oklahoma State, but the Longhorns will come into this one facing a team hungry for a berth in the Big 12 title game and the Cowboys will play like the favorites.

Sam Ehlinger will struggle early and battle back late, but it won’t be enough as Chuba Hubbard has one of the best games of his career and Spencer Sanders becomes a Cowboy legend after leading his team to a monster home win over Texas to earn a bid in the conference championship game. Will he become an even bigger legend with a win over the Sooners?

Final Score: Texas 30, Oklahoma State 35 (10-2, 7-2)
