With several spots with unproven players, Here are three guys who could break out and have a good season for Miami football this fall.

Miami football will be having several new starters at several positions this fall including quarterback, running back, wide receiver and linebacker.

The Hurricanes will be losing key contributors Deejay Dallas, Shaq Quarterman, Michael Pinckney and Trajan Bandy, not to mention Jeff Thomas and Jonathan Garvin.

Replacing several starters is never an easy thing but there are some spots where Miami turned to the transfer portal to find some more experienced starters such as quarterback where they landed Houston transfer D’Eriq King and he should step in right away and give the Hurricanes some stability under center. They also landed defensive end Quincy Roche who is transferring in from Temple. Those are proven starters and should be high level players right away.

I’m going to be taking a look at some players that I think will be ready to break out this season for Miami at some positions of need.

Miami will need more than three players to step up and break out this season but these three guys have the most potential to step up right away from the beginning and have breakout seasons in 2020.
