Tee Higgins. 21. player. 54. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. WR. Clemson

Of all the teams that experienced the most significant problems, the lack of efficient receivers for the Philadelphia Eagles was the biggest.

The Eagles were ranked 11th in the league in passing yards per game (239.6) last season. The problem was not the inefficiencies from quarterback Carson Wentz, they were the multiple drops by Alshon Jeffrey and Nelson Agholor. The top three leading receivers for the Eagles were tight ends Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert and running back Miles Sanders.

The Eagles were looking to acquire Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones via trade before the Falcons quickly declined. There will be many first-round talents at the wide receiver position for Philadelphia to acquire.

Clemson’s Tee Higgins accumulated 59 receptions for 1,167 yards and 13 touchdowns last season. Higgins will be a dangerous number one target for Wentz while Jeffrey becomes a more comfortable two receiver. He and Jeffrey can become one of the top wide receiver duos in the league if utilized correctly.
