Recruiting is the most important aspect of any college football program. These are the most important newcomers for every Big Ten football team.

Recruiting is the life of every college football program. There might be different approaches to recruiting and some programs might be more developmental but without a plan to recruiting you will not have any success as a program.

Some programs go after the best recruits in the country. They want the four and five-star recruits. Others take a more developmental approach. They will find good players that might not be ready physically for the rigors of college football and get them bigger, faster and stronger.

Still, others take a more pro-style approach to recruiting players. They want measurables. They have height, weight and other requirements by positions.

No matter how your favorite team recruits, be sure they have a plan to find their guys. Some programs expect their players to come in a play right away. Others want guys to develop.

Here are the most important recruits for every team in the Big Ten.
