Strengths

Standing at 6-foot-2 and weighing 212 pounds, Donovan People-Jones has good size entering the NFL draft and is one of the bigger receivers. With that size, he brings in a scary amount of athleticism that will translate to the NFL well.

DPJ’s versatility and speed is shown on both offense and on special teams. Last season, he averaged nearly 13 yards on each reception he hauled. Translation: DPJ can catch the ball on small, intermediate and deep routes.

But just like any wide receiver, the biggest question is, can he catch? Yes, yes he can.

While not all of DPJ’s catches have been flashy, he has hauled in quite a bit of tough balls being thrown his way. Whether it be over the middle, over the shoulder or on the sideline, DPJ has sure hands that should keep him on an NFL roster for the years to come.
