This was almost a no-brainer to have Jayden Daniels somewhere on this list. He thew for 17 touchdowns through the air and added three on the ground last season.

Carrying the Sun Devils almost all season long and finally to a big bowl win to spring forward into the 2020 season, Daniels is one of the most exciting players in the conference. The biggest game of the year came against the sixth-ranked Oregon Ducks where he threw for over 400 yards and broke onto the scene.

Did we already mention that he was just a freshman last year? No? Daniels did all of this as just a freshman and had one of the best seasons as a Pac-12 newcomer in recent memory.

Under Herm Edwards, the Sun Devils should be much improved just about everywhere and have added a ton of talent on the offensive side of the ball this year. Daniels should take another step forward and position himself to win Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year.

If all goes well, you could see Daniels popping up on some Heisman ballots late in the season. Watch for him to use his legs more in 2020 and stretch the field.
