Penn State football will need to replace several key players this fall. Where will those players land in this year’s NFL Draft?

Penn State has always been a solid supplier of NFL Draft talent, some who have gone on to become Pro Bowl players and Hall-of-Famers. There are some solid potential draftees from this year’s class of Nittany Lions.

This year’s draft will be different than normal due to the novel coronavirus pandemic shuttering many public events around the world.

Las Vegas was originally scheduled to host the draft this year, but now it has turned into an all virtual draft. This will be a massive IT effort on part of the league and the three day event will still be broadcast on ABC/ESPN and the NFL Network. With fans starving for any kind of live sporting event, the broadcast should be a major ratings hit.

There are 11 Penn State players who are eligible for the 2020 NFL Draft. Some of them will go undrafted, but let’s take a look at the five Nittany Lions who are most likely to hear their name called over the course of the three day draft.
