Pick Analysis. Oklahoma. player. Scouting Report. IDL. Neville Gallimore. 1. 42

There’s a real chance three Sooners come off the board round one as defensive tackle Neville Gallimore makes all the sense in the world for the San Francisco 49ers 31st overall pick.

Gallimore made 6.5 tackles for loss and four sacks from his nose tackle position in 2019 to earn Second Team All-Big 12 honors.

The 49ers traded interior defensive lineman DeForest Buckner and have Dee Ford on the trade block, meaning they’re going to need more run stoppers. The 300 pound Gallimore fits that bill for a San Francisco team that prides itself at winning in the trenches.

Projection: First round, No. 31 overall (49ers)
