The 2020 NFL Draft was not short on reaches in the first round as some teams made some highly questionable moves on Thursday night.

The first round of the 2020 NFL Draft is already in the books and it may have been the most anticipated sporting event in decades given the circumstances.

Luckily for fans of football, the draft is far from over as Thursday night was just the appetizer and Friday and Saturday are the heavy meal. We just scratched the surface with the first 32 picks and there are over 220 left to go with fans salivating at the thought of sitting in front of their TVs and watching the rest of the show — even with Roger Goodell announcing picks from his basement.

This has been a wild process but the NFL has done a good job with the whole thing and it was well put together, even from a distance.

The College GameDay crew did a great job breaking down the picks and even though Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay weren’t going back and forth after each pick, it was good TV.

But with every draft, there are value picks early on and major reaches. The 2020 selection process was no different and it only took a few picks before fans from New York could be heard screaming at their televisions in disgust.

Which players were severely reached for in the first round?
