Of all of the players that were selected in the NFL draft, who are the Pro Bowlers? Here are five players who will make the Pro Bowl sooner than later.

Hope springs eternal during the NFL draft. Every downtrodden franchise selects players that — coupled with veterans and free agents — will propel their team out of football purgatory into the playoffs and maybe even end a 50-year Super Bowl drought.

Most teams have the same philosophy when drafting. When you draft a player in the first round, you expect them to become the bedrock of your franchise. They are supposed to be high-end starters and All-Pro selections.

You should get solid-starters in the second and third rounds. Now and then an All-Pro comes from that part of the draft, but the expectation is they can develop into good players that you want in your locker room.

The fourth and fifth rounds is where you begin to see teams take developmental players. You get guys who could start for you down the line or contribute on special teams. Guys that slide this low in the draft have some sort of red flag as well.

In the sixth and seventh rounds, you are filling your roster and maybe finding a diamond in the rough or two. Mainly you want guys to come in and be backups or practice squad guys.

We know that Pro Bowl players can come from anywhere in the draft; all a young player wants is an opportunity. Here are five players who have a chance to make the Pro Bowl as rookies.
