After having two top 10 picks in 2019, Notre Dame football had a relatively quiet draft in 2020. Expect a bounce back with some quality prospects in 2021.

The 2021 draft class for Notre Dame football will be similar to their 2019 class in that I could see them having two first round picks on their offensive line.

While some like to pick on Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly for not winning the big game and sometimes playing a soft schedule, there is no denying that he has raised the level of talent in South Bend and made Notre Dame a relevant brand in college football once again after suffering through the mediocrity of Charlie Weis and Tyrone Willingham before him.

Notre Dame has regularly produced first-round talent under Kelly and this year’s Fighting Irish squad has some very capable guys.

After back-to-back double-digit win seasons, the Fighting Irish enter 2020 as a dark-horse contender for the College Football Playoff and their has some big enough games where they could prove it.

Two of Notre Dame’s toughest games, against Wisconsin and Clemson, respectively, will be played in South Bend and their most challenging road game will be the season finale against USC, who they happen to own a three-game winning streak over.

These three prospects are the guys you should be keeping an eye on for the 2020 season and 2021 NFL Draft.
