While there’s a good chance Ben Brown will decide to return for a senior season, he’s the best NFL prospect on the Rebels’ offensive line. He returns for a third straight season as the starting right guard after starting in 24 straight games.

After redshirting in 2017, he was named to the SEC Freshman All-Freshman team in 2018 and he led the team with 10 knockdowns on the year. He set himself up to be a preseason All-SEC candidate for 2019 but he didn’t quite have the season he did as a freshman. He was still the best lineman on the team and one of the better guards in the SEC.

Brown enters the 2020 season as a third-year starter looking to make the All-SEC team for the first time in his career and he already has the size to do just that.

At 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, Brown has the ideal size for an NFL lineman and that could be enough to play at either guard or tackle but he excels at the former.

Don’t be surprised to see him selected in the later rounds if he does decide to declare.
