Boise State football may not be the dominant program that they were a decade ago, but that does not mean that the Broncos are lacking quality talent.

Boise State has been one of the best and most consistent college football teams in the last 20 years and while they are no longer at their peak that they were a decade ago, they are still a consistent threat every year in the Mountain West and they are a team that nobody wants to play on any given week.

The fact that they have maintained that status is an amazing thing unto itself.

The Broncos were there usual selves in going 12-2 during the season and pulling the upset in Tallahassee over Florida State and if starting quarterback Hank Bachmeier had not gotten injured, the Broncos may have gotten a birth in a New Year’s Six game over Memphis.

Boise State ended the season on a sour note, however, getting blown out by Washington 38-7 in the Las Vegas Bowl, in what happened to also be former coach Chris Petersen’s last college game as a head coach.

The Broncos have some really good talent, especially on the defensive side of the ball and that will be my focus as I give you what I think are the top three Boise State NFL draft prospects for 2021.
