As the top group of five program of the past four years, UCF football has put out some quality NFL-caliber talent. These are the top prospects for 2021.

Whatever you may think of UCF’s 35-4 run these last three seasons, including two New Year’s Six game berths, they have been one of the most consistent programs in the country.

Some people will just dismiss UCF because of their claim on the national championship in 2017 and the parade they threw in Orlando. I say put your feelings for that aside and look at the on field production and talent that they have put out on the field and it is quite an accomplishment.

Central Florida has lost four games in the last three years and three of those games were last year and under the circumstances, that was more than understandable because star quarterback Mackenzie Milton was missing the season due to a horrible leg injury that he suffered at the end of the 2018 campaign. The Knights had to turn to true freshman Dillon Gabriel who wound up having a fantastic year once he got his feet under him and he should be on everyone’s dark-horse Heisman list for 2020.

Some of Gabriel’s biggest contributors will be some of UCF’s best pro prospects and I’m going to look at the Knights’ top three NFL prospects for 2021.
