We look at the best to play under center in the history of all 14 ACC football programs. Some of these guys are stars to this day.

The ACC may be best known for their college hoops, but with the recent additions of several elite Big East programs, some of college football’s top quarterbacks represent the current league programs.

Several college football legends also became NFL Pro Bowlers and some even became Hall of Famers.

All 14 ACC programs have seen at least one-star quarterback come in and out of their program, making it hard to choose just one to recognize as the best in school history.

Like the SEC, these rankings are based solely on college-level performance and win production rather than taking into account NFL resumes.
