No quarterback did more for the TCU Horned Frogs than Andy Dalton. In four seasons as TCU’s starting quarterback, Dalton threw for 10,314 yards and 71 touchdowns while rushing for 1,611 and 22 touchdowns.

Dalton won the Mountain West Player of the Year awards in both 2009 and 2010 and also earned first-team all-conference honors in those two seasons.

In 2009, Dalton threw for 2,756 yards and 23 touchdowns with 512 rushing yards and three touchdowns as he led the Horned Frogs to a Mountain West championship, undefeated regular season and a trip to the Fiesta Bowl where TCU was defeated by Boise State.

The following season, Dalton led TCU to another Mountain West title and finished the season a perfect 13-0 after defeating Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl. He threw for 2,857 yards on the season with 27 touchdown passes and just six interceptions.

He was drafted in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Bengals and led the team to the postseason in each of his first five seasons. Dalton is now back in the lone-star state as a Dallas Cowboy.
