Miami Football: Top 3 All-ACC candidates for 2020 season
Miami football doesn’t lack All-ACC candidates. Here’s who I think are the top three All-ACC candidates for the Hurricanes in 2020.
It is kind of cliche to say at this point, but Miami football probably has the second-most talented roster in the ACC, after Clemson of course. At nearly every position group, you can find a potential all-conference member on the Hurricanes roster, which makes it all the more perplexing why the Hurricanes have only one ACC Coastal title since joining the ACC in 2004.
After a 6-7 a year ago, Miami dipped into the transfer portal and came out big winners for the second year in a row.
The Hurricanes have added four players that could have a big impact on the field this year and they include Houston transfer quarterback D’Eriq King, Temple defensive end Quincy Roche, Florida International kicker Jose Borregales and the latest transfer was Florida offensive tackle Isaiah Walker, who is a true freshman and his eligibility is still up in the air.
Miami has a good blend of transfers and young talent on their roster and will be looking to get back to the ACC title game.
Let’s take a look at the three players that have the best chance to be an all-conference performer in the ACC in 2020.
