Georgia Football: Top 3 All-SEC candidates for 2020
Georgia football has plenty of returning starters on defense and untapped potential on offense. Here are three All-SEC candidates for UGA in 2020.
Despite losing several starters on the offensive side of the ball, the Bulldogs are not lacking for big-time talent on that side of the ball and with nine starters back from the top scoring defense in the nation, Georgia has plenty of potential All-SEC players on the roster.
Georgia will be breaking in a new quarterback, four new starters on the offensive line and a new starting tight end on the offensive side of the ball, as well as a new offensive coordinator to open up the Bulldogs’ offense to get the ball in the hands of the athletic playmakers that they have at their disposal.
With the changes on offense, Georgia will potentially have more opportunities for players to get on the all conference team due to a spike in numbers and potential touches.
The defense will once again be one of the nation’s best, with nine starters returning. Georgia will once again be contending for the SEC championship and that will make sure that they will have plenty of eyes on their players for potential all conference spots.
I’m going to take a look at who I think are the top three players to make the all-conference team for Georgia in 2020.
