2. Richard LeCounte, S, Georgia football

Like I mentioned in the previous slide, Georgia is going to have one of the top secondaries in the entire country and they got a big boost when Richard LeCounte decided he would pass on a chance to go to the NFL and return to Athens instead for his senior season.

LeCounte came to Athens as a five-star recruit and has lived up to every bit of the hype and he will be looking to make his first All-SEC team.

LeCounte had an excellent 2019 season, in which he recorded 61 tackles and four interceptions, while being part of the top scoring defense in the country. He is an instinctive safety with ball skills and instincts, as evidenced by his four interceptions last season. He is also a sure tackler, with the frame to be able to hold up at the next level.

Expect a big season from LeCounte and the UGA secondary as they hope to make another SEC championship.
