Pick Analysis. Yusuf Corker. 833. Scouting Report. SS. Junior. 2. player

Kentucky’s Yusuf Corker is a tackle machine from his safety position. He started all 13 games for UK in 2019 and led the team with 74 total tackles, recorded four pass breakups, an interception, a quarterback hurry and a team-high tying two fumble recoveries with one of those going for a touchdown. He was a key contributor alongside Brandin Echols in helping Kentucky finish with the SEC’s top pass defense and nation’s second-best.

In the Wildcats’ Belk Bowl win over Virginia Tech, Corker performed on the big stage, making seven tackles and made a career-high 11 tackles at Georgia in a game that UK held the three-time defending SEC East champions scoreless in the first half.

Entering 2020, Corker has been named fourth-team All-SEC by Athlon Sports, which proves he’s still being overlooked.

With another big season, he can finally earn some national attention and emerge as a name to watch in the 2022 NFL Draft if he ends up returning for his senior season.
