Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Nov. 7. Kentucky Wildcats. player. Knoxville (Tenn.). 9. 833

Since 1984, Tennessee has only lost to the Kentucky Wildcats twice (2011, 2017) and even with UK passing them in the SEC East standings the past three seasons the Vols have maintained control of the series including a 24-7 win over the Wildcats in a season that saw UK go 10-3 and the Vols miss a bowl game.

In 2020, UK again figures to have a strong season but will have to come to Knoxville with a huge monkey on their back as the Cats have not won a game at Neyland Stadium since 1984.

While Kentucky figures to hang around and has a chance to end the losing skid, it’s hard to pick against the Vols when they’ve dominated the Wildcats for the past three and a half decades.

Final Score: Tennessee 23, Arkansas 17 (6-3, 4-2)

Georgia Bulldogs. player. Scouting Report. Nov. 14. Athens (Ga.). 10. 814. Pick Analysis

The Vols are just 3-7 against the rival Georgia Bulldogs the past 10 seasons and 2020 may not be the year they’ll be able to flip the script.

While Georgia’s offense will be much different, they’ll have plenty of time to mesh by the time Week 10 pulls around and they need to pile up wins for a potential playoff bid, while Tennessee will likely already not have SEC East title hopes and have already locked a bowl.

Georgia is likely to play desperate thus it’s hard to imagine the Vols can steal a win between the hedges in 2020.

Final Score: Georgia 30, Tennessee 21 (6-4, 4-3)
