3. Chip Kelly, UCLA

Chip Kelly has gone from earning his salary at Oregon to doing an average job in the NFL with the San Fransisco 49ers to complete nose dive with UCLA.

Not only has he only won seven games in two seasons with the Bruins, but players have recently been showing concern for how he treats his players. They’ve also been expressing their worry in regards to their health and safety amidst a return to football during COVID-19.

All he has to do is watch out for the safety of his players, play a so-so season, and not do anything controversial and he’ll have earned his $23.3 million contract.

So far, that’s been nothing short of a struggle for him.
