2. Scott Frost, Nebraska

There’s no question that Scott Frost did his job at UCF, bringing them an extremely unofficial 2017 national title. But he had a tall task ahead of him when he entered the Big Ten. Nebraska has been a bad program the past few years and he was tasked with building it back up for around $5 million per year.

Nebraska is now known as the team that’s ranked in the preseason top 25 every year and ends up with a losing record. I don’t think this bad fortune will last for this proud program, but I also don’t think Frost has earned a cent of his contract yet.

This one will take some time to truly feel out, as I think Frost will eventually get the job done eventually. But for the love of god, stop ranking Nebraska in the preseason top 25 when they haven’t done anything to earn it.
