Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Nov. 7. Penn State Nittany Lions. player. Lincoln, (Neb.). 9. 806

A week after taking on the Big Ten East’s top program in Ohio State, they’ll take on the Buckeyes’ biggest division challenger in the Penn State Nittany Lions.

The Huskers last matched up with Penn State back in 2017, where the Nittany Lions outscored Nebraska in a 56-44 shootout.

With the game in Lincoln, the 2020 matchup may again feature plenty of points on the board as Penn State hasn’t exactly been road warriors the last few seasons, but this game will likely be too much to handle for the Huskers.

Final Score: Penn State 45, Nebraska 28 (5-4, 3-3)

player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Nov. 14. Iowa City (Iowa). Iowa Hawkeyes. 10. 878

For the first time since Nebraska joined the Big Ten in 2011, their annual rivalry game with the Iowa Hawkeyes will not come in the regular season finale as they’ll square off in Iowa City before Thanksgiving on Nov. 14.

The Hawkeyes have owned the Huskers of late, winning each of the past five previous matchups, including a 27-24 win in Lincoln last season to officially end Nebraska’s season.

While the Huskers have come close the past two seasons, losing each matchup by just three games, it’s hard to imagine the Heroes Trophy leaving Iowa City just yet.

Final Score: Iowa 31, Nebraska 23 (5-5, 3-4)
