Notre Dame football: Top 3 recruiting targets after Rocco Spindler pledge

After Rocco Spindler committed to Notre Dame football over the weekend, Brian Kelly’s top remaining targets took center stage.

Recruiting has been a main topic of conversation this offseason for most college football fans because, well, a season is not guaranteed. The ACC, SEC and Big 12 are the three Power Five conference still planning to move forward as planned and Notre Dame has joined the fold for the 2020 season.

Temporarily part of the ACC for the 2020 season, Notre Dame is hoping that the season goes on as planned because that’ll surely help recruiting.

Notre Dame is fresh off a huge recruiting victory, landing four-star offensive lineman Rocco Spindler over Michigan. It was a massive victory because Brian Kelly went into the Wolverines’ backyard and picked up one of the state’s best recruits.

Following the Spindler commitment, Notre Dame is looking to piece together the rest of its recruiting board.

The offensive side of the ball seems like a major need, especially at the skill positions and these are arguably the top remaining targets for the Irish following Spindler’s commitment last week.
