3. Louisville has a scary offense

The hype surrounding Louisville’s offense this year is contributed to three players. Tutu Atwell who was nothing short of a star last season account for over 1,200 receiving yards and a dozen touchdowns alongside Dez Fitzpatrick, who accounted for 110 yards and a touchdown catch that looked very close to being intercepted.

Javian Hawkins, who is one of three stars on offense, had a solid night with 71 rushing yards and a touchdown.

But it was quarterback Micale Cunningham who had the breakout performance for the Cards, throwing for 343 yards and three touchdowns as well as one on the ground while making some amazing throws all throughout the game.

Western Kentucky could not slow down this offense one bit and I’m sure Scott Satterfield is happy with what he saw on the field on Saturday. I do expect the offense to be humbled next week once they face a tougher foe in the Miami Hurricanes.
