1. BYU holds Louisiana Tech under 20 points

If you’ve been paying attention to BYU’s defense this season, it’s been absolutely dominant against Navy and Troy. In fact, the Cougars have allowed less than 100 yards passing and rushing, on average, through those first two games.

The Cougars are going to face arguably the best offense they’ve seen all season in Louisiana Tech, led by senior quarterback Luke Anthony who has eight touchdowns and only one interception, coming off back-to-back 2,500-plus yard seasons.

The Bulldogs average 48.5 points and 461.5 yards per game and the offense is going to face a major roadblock in BYU.

Louisiana Tech hasn’t had a problem scoring this season but it also hasn’t faced a defense like BYU’s and that’s going to lead to a horrid performance from Anthony and the Bulldogs. BYU will hold Louisiana Tech to just a couple of touchdowns and maybe a field goal on Friday night in an absolute blowout win.

Expect the Cougars to move up in the rankings after another blowout.
