1. Texas A&M is not at all ready for the rest of the SEC

There is a lot that Texas A&M did well against Alabama, putting up 24 points. However, there was even more that they didn’t do right that stood out more than anything. Kellen Mond threw a pick six. The Aggie secondary was burned more often than not, giving up two 50-plus yard touchdowns.

Go back to a week ago and see that the Aggies put up only 17 points against a Vanderbilt team that they had no business being in a tight game with. It was a struggle for the Aggie offense, led by Kellen Mond, in both games and that won’t be good enough to play against the likes of Florida and Mississippi State in the coming weeks.

The question is this- will the Aggies even be able to grab bowl eligibility with the likes of the rest of the SEC on the schedule? We will have to see as I only see three more wins that are for sure on the schedule for them. Things could get dicey for the Aggies and Jimbo Fisher in a hurry if they can’t figure somethings out.
