After consecutive weeks of major upsets, is the biggest upset of the 2020 college football season ahead of us in Week 6?

Last week was a rough week to be ranked. Six of the 14 AP Top 25 teams to play unranked teams lost. Among the victims were Texas and UCF, ranked ninth and 11th, respectively.

This week, only seven ranked teams face unranked opponents while four other contests feature ranked versus ranked matchups.

Just don’t sleep on the lower-ranked program.

Last week, teams on upset alert went 1-2. Georgia was the only team to laugh off the alert as they absolutely dominated Auburn. Texas and Memphis weren’t so lucky.

On the season, teams on upset alert are now 4-6-1. If you’re on this list, you better be careful.

As always, a disclaimer: A game considered an “upset alert” is just that, an alert.
