One thing is clear through six weeks of college football: no team is safe from upsets. Who will be on upset alert in Week 7?

Another week, another top 25 shuffle. This time, every top 25 team in action last week was at least tested. And let’s be honest, Arkansas should have defeated Auburn if not for an awful call.

This week presents an interesting top 25 challenge, as 12 ranked teams face off with unranked competition including seven on the road.

Overall, 31 games are scheduled to take place this weekend, but of course, that’s subject to change.

Last week, teams on upset alert went 2-1. Clemson was at no risk of a loss almost from the moment the game kicked off. North Carolina was given a test by Virginia Tech in one of the highest scoring games in ACC history. North Carolina State was the lone upset winner, defeating Virginia.

On the season, teams on upset alert are now 6-7-1. Improved, but still under .500.

As always, a disclaimer: A game considered an “upset alert” is just that, an alert.
