Winner: NC State (Up to No. 23)

The Wolfpack have been one of the surprise teams so far in 2020 and they kept it going with an 11-point win over Duke which earned them a spot in this weeks top 25. The bad news for NC State: starting quarterback Devin Leary will be out 4-8 weeks and Leary had been one of the best quarterbacks in the country.

The Wolfpack have some big opportunities to make some gains and move up in the rankings with games against North Carolina and Miami still to come.

Winner: Marshall (Up to No. 22)

Marshall has been one of the biggest surprises so far this season and they have been riding the strength of freshman quarterback Grant Wells and one of the best defenses in the country. The Thundering Herd are back in the top 25 and they will have a chance to show that they are the top group of five team in the country.

Marshall will be heavily favored in every game the rest of the way and will probably play UAB in the C-USA title game and that could be a huge game with bowl implications.
