Texas A&M Football: 3 bold predictions vs. Arkansas in Week 9
1. Game comes down to the final minute
I’m a big believer in Arkansas this season. The Razorbacks are just 2-2 but could very easily be 3-1 — and should be 3-1 — with a couple of ranked victories over Mississippi State and Auburn. On top of that, the Razorbacks were leading No. 4 Georgia at halftime in the opener and nearly shocked the Bulldogs but fell apart in the second half.
Because of this start to the year and the culture change Sam Pittman has generated in Fayetteville, the Razorbacks are going to make this one interesting.
Throw out records and the fact that this game is at Kyle Field because this is a rivalry and anything can happen and we’ll see the Razorbacks giving the Aggies everything they can handle in Week 9.
Kellen Mond will have a tough day against Arkansas’ defense and he’ll turn the ball over a couple of times to keep the Razorbacks in it and Feleipe Franks will have himself a game.
This game will come down to the final minutes and whoever has the ball last wins. I’m going to say this is decided by a field goal.
