Winner: Liberty (Up to No. 25)

For the first time ever, Liberty is ranked.

Liberty has only been playing at the FBS level for a few seasons, but former Ole Miss head coach Hugh Freeze has the Flames playing well, as they are one of a few undefeated teams left this season. Liberty has been boosted by Auburn transfer Malik Willis at quarterback and he has been fantastic.

Liberty has a shot at finishing undefeated and potentially finishing the season ranked as well and it might be time to have the conversation about Freeze returning to a Power Five program.

Winner: Auburn (Up to No. 24)

Auburn edges out Oklahoma for the last spot in the winners column this week and that is because of how emphatic their win over LSU was. I know LSU is not particularly strong this season, however, this was total domination by Auburn and perhaps the most complete game of Bo Nix’s career.

I still don’t know how good Auburn actually is, but this was a must win for head coach Gus Malzahn and with games against Texas A&M and Alabama still to come, Auburn has a chance to play spoiler in the playoff race the rest of the way.
