1. A DJ Uiagalelei interception ends the game

This is a specific one, but I just have a feeling about the Irish coming out on top due to the absence of Trevor Lawrence. And no, that doesn’t mean I’m not a believer in DJ Uiagalelei because I think he’s going to be a Heisman contender in a year or two.

Rather this is me believing that the moment will get too big for a true freshman in his first road start at the collegiate level. He has an incredibly strong and accurate arm, but sometimes he tries to fit the ball in the tightest windows — something he got away with at the high school level but doesn’t work in the FBS.

For that reason, I think he’s going to make a few mistakes on Saturday night while still having a decent game with over 250 yards passing and a couple of touchdowns.

Uiagalelei will throw a pick early in the game which will lead to a big Notre Dame touchdown and while the Tigers are driving to tie the game in the fourth quarter, he’ll throw another one near the end zone to put the nail in the coffin.

Notre Dame wins on a Uiagalelei interception.
