College Football 2020: 5 teams that’ll be on upset alert in Week 11
3. Florida (vs. Arkansas)
I’m not saying — but at least hear me out.
Florida is coming off an incredible game against Georgia that was emotional and taxing as it is every year. Kyle Pitts is likely out after suffering a brutal hit in that game. One more Gators loss and they’re likely out of the College Football Playoff race.

Arkansas is a pesky team that is much, much better than people expected them to be. At 3-3, they’re also a team with nothing to lose.
Don’t sleep on the return of Feleipe Franks to Gainesville either. Franks undoubtedly has something to prove in this game after leaving Florida in the off-season fo join the Razorbacks.
Franks is as big a reason as any for the Razorbacks surprise season. Over 1,400 passing yards, 14 touchdowns and three interceptions. He can also hurt you with his legs if you’re not watching closely.
If you’re Florida, this game could just be “wrong place, wrong time.” In a bubble, it’s hard to see the Gators losing this game. But looking at the big picture, which include the emotions of last week’s rivalry game and how Florida responds, plays into why this is such a risky game for Florida.
Putting this on “Upset” Alert may not even be fair, but there’s at least signs that say it could happen. Even if there is no upset, as the great Lee Corso says, closer than the experts think.
