Winner: Wisconsin (Up to No. 10)

While they have only played two games so far this season, Wisconsin has been awfully impressive in wins against Illinois and Michigan. Quarterback Graham Mertz returned on Saturday to lead the Badgers to a blowout win over Michigan and the Badgers defense stifled the Wolverines offense and forced multiple turnovers.

The entry to the top 10 could be short lived as the Badgers take on surging Northwestern in a huge Big Ten matchup next Saturday.

Winner: Tulsa (Up to No. 25)

Tulsa is flying under the radar no more. The Golden Hurricane pulled off a comeback and took down SMU in a big conference game on Saturday. This Tulsa defense has been playing lights out all season and they are finally getting the recognition that they have deserved all season.

Tulsa still has plenty of challenging games to finish out the season, but give credit to head coach Phillip Montgomery for turning this team around this season.
