3. Ty Fryfogle’s hot start continues

Indiana has had major success in the passing game this season.

A lot of the success goes to the quarterback in Michael Penix Jr. for getting the balls to the receivers. But at the same time it helps when you have a player like Ty Fryfogle catching those balls, too.

The senior wide receiver is off to a terrific start of the season. Fryfogle in his last two games has 18 receptions for 342 yards and three touchdowns. Being Penix Jr.’s favorite target will probably mean he will be seeing a lot of Shaun Wade defending him Saturday.

Still, we should fully expect Fryfogle to have a huge day in the passing game as the Hoosiers try to pull off the upset.
