1. The quarterback situation is heavily in Arkansas’ favor

Who will be starting for LSU on Saturday? While the Tigers do have Myles Brennan, he has been out since Oct. 10. That leaves the starting job up to TJ Finley and Max Johnson. That’s not what you’d call an ideal situation, especially with how poorly they played against Auburn.

Arkansas has a massive advantage at the quarterback position. Feleipe Franks has been one of the best quarterbacks in the SEC this season and that’ll continue against LSU’s horrid defense.

The Razorbacks have been lucky to call Franks their quarterback as he’s been playing the best football of his career. He has 1,678 yards and 16 touchdowns and has completed a career-best 68 percent of his passes (min. 100 attempts). He also only has three interceptions on 202 attempts.

Sam Pittman has to feel good about this advantage heading into Saturday’s game and this is something that hasn’t played in Arkansas’ favor in years.

Arkansas wins this game because of quarterback play.
