2. Zach Wilson throws five touchdown passes

Through eight games, Zach Wilson is the top Heisman Trophy candidate from outside the Power Five. He has dominated everyone he’s faced this season. He’s had at least two touchdown passes in every single game and at least three touchdowns over the past four games.

Wilson is fourth in the nation in passing yards (2,512) and fourth in passing touchdowns (22). He also has the ninth-best QBR in college football and only has two interceptions.

Oh, and he’s completed 75 percent of his passes.

The most touchdown passes Wilson has thrown for in a single game this season is four and he did it in back-to-back games against Houston and Texas State. He’s going to top that total in this one against a bad North Alabama team which has yet to win a single game this year.

Wilson is going to have yet another huge game against North Alabama as the poor Lions won’t have a single answer on defense for him. He’ll throw five touchdown passes in a blowout.
