2. Demetric Felton has gotten better each week

For the third straight week, Demetric Felton has improved as a running back. He began his season with just 10 carries for 57 yards and a touchdown and has since rushed for 100-plus yards against Cal and Oregon.

Against the Ducks, he set a career-high in carries with 34 which accounted for 167 yards and two touchdowns as he finally looks like that go-to running back.

With Joshua Kelley’s departure this past offseason, a big question mark in the backfield plagued the offense but Felton has answered the call.

The senior running back continues to get better each week.

For someone who began his career as a receiver, transitioned to a hybrid-type and then a full-time running back, it’s impressive to see such growth. He now has over 320 rushing yards and three touchdowns on the season and has become the focal point of the offense. He was the reason the Bruins consistently moved the ball against Oregon.
