Winner: Washington (Up to No. 23)

Washington is a big winner this week, not only because they staged a big comeback victory against Utah to remain undefeated, but because Oregon lost on Friday night and that means that the Washington Huskies are now in first place in the Pac-12 North.

Washington’s offense took a little bit to get going on Saturday, but the defense remains one of the best units in the country and that propelled the Huskies to be ranked for the first time all season.

Winner: Iowa (Up to No. 24)

Another team that is ranked for the first time all season, the Iowa Hawkeyes won their fourth straight game on Friday when they narrowly beat Nebraska. The Hawkeyes have been playing really well all season long and lost a couple of fluky games to Northwestern and Purdue early in the season. Iowa has a chance to finish the season strong and will look to move into the top 20 in the coming weeks.
