Which teams wins two in a row?

During the Scott Frost era, the Huskers haven’t been able to string wins together often and this weekend provides a golden opportunity to do just that.

Nebraska football hasn’t won back-to-back games yet this year and if the Huskers succeed, it will be just the fourth time in the Frost years that it has happened.

There is even more at stake for Nebraska as a win Saturday and another the following week would give Frost his first three-game winning streak and Nebraska some real momentum going into a possible bowl game.

It really feels like this team is starting to turn the corner. It’s not perfect and it’s not close to contending for a Big Ten championship, even a West division title. But it’s getting closer and taking down Minnesota is important.

The Gophers can turn a disappointing season into something positive with 2-3 more wins, but I think the Huskers get some revenge for an embarrassing 34-7 loss last season.
