D’Eriq King will be just as spectacular

A few weeks ago at North Carolina state when the Hurricanes defense was struggling, D’Eriq King took it upon himself to carry Miami football to victory and he did just that with 430 yards passing, five touchdowns, as well as 105 rushing yards.

While the Canes may have not the weapons North Carolina does at the receiver position, King has a very talented arsenal that includes four different receivers with over 300 yards and five who have racked up either 250 yards receiving or four touchdowns.

Mike Harley has really emerged in the last month as the go-to guy and he is the Canes’ leading receiver. He’s also caught all five of his touchdown receptions in the last four games and has gone over 100 yards receiving in three of his last four outings.

Expect that trend to continue Saturday, as he helps King and the offense have a big day. Defensively, North Carolina has some talented pass rushers and Miami does tend to give up tackles for loss, but the Heels give up 248 yards per game and King will take advantage.
