No. 1 Sugar Bowl

This might seem like a cop out, because obviously the College Football Playoff is must-see TV but as I said earlier in this post, the game between Bama and Notre Dame probably won’t be all that interesting.

Clemson and Ohio State, on the other hand, this is the game we have wanted to see. Ohio State is still smarting from that loss in the Orange Bowl which prevented the Buckeyes from getting back to the national title game and since winning the whole thing in 2014, OSU has been winless in the playoff, with both defeats coming at the hands of the Tigers.

Both of these programs have national championship aspirations, especially since they are armed with two elite quarterbacks in Trevor Lawrence and Justin Fields, who are both expected to get picked very early in the 2021 NFL draft.

From a fan perspective, this is a dream matchup and of every game on the bowl slate right now, this is the one that I wouldn’t want to miss. It was a treat last season and I would expect nothing less this time around.
